- 3-4 POUND SIRLOIN, SLIVERED
- 1/2 CUP BRANDY
- 1/2 CUP VEGETABLE OIL OPT.
- 1/2 CUP SOY SAUCE
- 1 ONION CHOPPED, OR 1/4 CUP DRIED CHOPPED ONION
- 1 OZ. SESAME SEED
- 3/8 TEASPOON GARLIC POWDER
- 1/2 TEASPOON BLACK PEPPER (COARSELY CRACKED TYPE)
- 1/4 CUP BROWN SUGAR, PACKED
- 1 TABLESPOON UNSEASONED INSTANT MEAT TENDERIZER
- A DASH POWDERED GINGER
MARINATE SLIVERED BEEF IN MIXTURE OF ALL OTHER INGREDIENTS, OVER NIGHT OR FOR SIX HOURS, TURNING OCCASIONALLY.
GRILL OVER HOT COALS. ADD HICKORY CHIPS TO FIRE IF A SPICEY SMOKEY FLAVOR IS REQUIRED.
